Family jewellery

Re-purposing and designing heirloom family jewelery is a wonderful way of incorporating added sentimental value to any creation. In addition the re-designing and utilising of family jewellery is arguably one of the most sustainable options when it comes to creating fine jewellery.

If you would like us to support you with incorporating other jewellery in to a creation it is essential for us to see the jewellery. Please be advised that it is not always possible or appropriate to use older jewellery due to varying quality thresholds. We will be able to advise you as to how best to utilise any jewels you have.

We understand that family jewellery often holds a lot of sentimental value, as with everything we do, we will take the utmost care when handling your items.

As part of re-purposing family or heirloom jewellery we will likely be required to extract stones from the respective settings. We will only do so once we have your permission and confirmation you would like us to proceed. For the remaining stones, mounts and setting we will discuss with you the available options that range from; incorporating them in to the creation, to recycling them in exchange for a credit note.
