Quotations & Payments

Prior to the commencement of any made to order creation we will issue a quotation to you via email. The quotation will include the full details of the design specification we have discussed and agreed on. We request a written confirmation by way of response to the quotation to confirm any order. This forms a legally binding agreement and your acceptance of the quotation (refer to terms and conditions for further details).

We reserve to the right to amend a quotation following it's acceptance in the rare instance where an error has been made or for a change in speicification as requested by you.

For all made to order items, with the exception of wedding rings, we request an intial non refundable 50% deposit to confirm the order following your acceptance. For wedding rings payment is requested in advance.

For items purchased through our website payment is taken via card.

For all bespoke and made to order comissions we request payment via bank transfer (BACS). If this is not possible and you need to pay by other means then please contact us so that we can establish a method that will work for you.

As mentioned above, to confirm a bespoke or made to order piece, we request a 50% non refundable deposit at the outset. Only once this is received can we make a start on the creation. It is from this point that our estimated timeline will apply. The remaining and final balance is due upon completion of the order.

Please note that as bespoke creations are made entirely to the specifications of an individual client we are unable to offer refunds or returns for any purchase.
