An art deco engagement ring, featuring a radiant cut blue sapphire in a contemporary target design. Inspired by the engagement ring of the Client's mother, she wanted to create a ring which had a rectangular silhouette but slightly different to a classical round cut diamond halo. Therefore we created a design featuring alternating baguette and round brilliant cut diamonds which when set together reflect the rectangular shape but also offer a unique detailing to frame the centre stone. 

The sapphire and diamonds are set in platinum to help protect their colour and create a seamless transition between the stones, whilst the shank provides a wonderful contrast and warmth to the ring, created in 18k yellow gold. The ring is in a wedfit design, allowing for a traditional straight wedding band to sit flush alongside.
