A bespoke old-cut diamond engagement ring created in a unique and contemporary hybrid bezel setting. Created using a pair of white diamond side stones extracted from a family ring with a 1.00ct old European-cut white diamond nestled in the centre. The diamonds are set in platinum to protect and preserve their natural white colour while the core ring is created in 18k recycled yellow gold.
The side profile of the ring draws inspiration from a traditional basket setting. The diamonds, however, are set in a contemporary shared bezel setting, giving the design a modern and refined aesthetic.
