Bespoke Items: Due to our unique process that puts clients at the heart of the creation process, allowing them to sign off on designs at every stage our products are never anything other than perfect. Due to the time and materials invested in each piece and the made to order nature of every ring we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for any piece.

Ready to Wear: In the unfortunate event that any items which are classed as faulty by a fault in our manufacturing process must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings. Items damaged by general wear and tear will not be classed as faulty and will be classed as a repair.
